City Council Library

My husband and I are trying to conserve funds at the moment, as we are expecting our first child in April 2010. :-)  So, I thought I would try out the local (Grange) Brisbane City Council Library for quilting books.  I was AMAZED at the awesome selection of titles available!  I may never buy a book again.  Last week I borrowed Kaffe Fassett's "Quilts in the Sun" and "Quilt Romance" and this week I borrowed "The Fabric of Society: Australia's Quilting Heritage form Convict Times to 1960".

They are all fantastic books that I would love to own, but simply cannot afford to buy right now, so I'm content to borrow them from the library any time I like.  I have a STACK of books on hold and can't wait to get my mittens on them!
